Dow Chemical Pension Plan Fact Sheet.
Your “DEPP” pension is calculated using three main factors.
- Your Age
- Your Years of Credited Service
- Your HC3A calculation, or the highest 36 consecutive months of earned income while employed.
These three factors will be used to determine what your DEPP account balance will be. Based on your age at retirement you will be assigned a benefit conversion factor. If you divide your DEPP account balance by this benefit factor it will give you your monthly pension payment.
